Have you noticed the recent raise in the mental health conditions such as depression and alcohol-induced psychosis? Increase in number of people with obesity and lifestyle diseases? People running deep into debt and raise in divorce rates due to financial constraints? What is the root cause of all this? If we all practiced wellness we could reduce the rate of all this problems. We need to learn about it to be able to practice. Wellness is the state of practicing healthy habits to attain better health and achieve our fullest potentials. According to WHO wellness is optimal state of health of individuals and groups. In order to achieve good health we need to develop wellness. According to WHO health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
